In accordance with the relevant provisions of the environmental protection acceptance procedures for completed construction projects, the environmental protection acceptance status of Ningbo Yunseng New Materials Co., Ltd.'s annual expansion project for the industrialization of 3,000 tons of electronic specialty materials is hereby announced as follows:

Construction Location: No. 26 Anju Road, Xiaogang Subdistrict, Beilun District, Ningbo City
Project Scope: With an actual investment of 43.5 million yuan, the project utilizes existing company facilities covering a total floor area of 17,131.6 m². A portion of these facilities (7,131.6 m²) is repurposed for the “Annual Expansion of 3,000 Tons of Electronic Specialty Materials Manufacturing Industrialization Project.” The project will add an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons of neodymium-iron-boron black sheets, bringing the total annual production capacity of neodymium-iron-boron black sheets to 7,000 tons.

Key Environmental Protection Measures:
1) Exhaust Gas Treatment Measures
Volatile odors and adhesive exhaust from oil processing will be expelled outdoors via enhanced mechanical ventilation systems in workshops. Degumming exhaust will be collected, treated through an activated carbon adsorption unit, and discharged via a 15-meter-high exhaust stack. Coating and drying exhaust will be collected, treated through an "adsorption-concentration-desorption
+ standardized combustion" purification unit before discharge via a 15m-high stack. Diffusion exhaust will be purified through an oil mist emulsifier before discharge via a 15m-high stack.
2) Wastewater Treatment Measures
The primary production wastewater generated by this project originates from the ultrasonic cleaning line. The enterprise employs a treatment process comprising “pre-filtration + three-phase separation + low-temperature evaporation + ceramic membrane.” Condensate from evaporation is reused in production, while the concentrated residue from evaporation is entrusted to a qualified disposal unit. Production wastewater
is not discharged externally.
3) Noise Control Measures
The primary noise source stems from newly added equipment operation. To ensure compliance with boundary noise standards, the enterprise has implemented the following noise reduction measures: (1) Selecting low-noise, low-vibration environmentally friendly equipment to reduce noise intensity at source; (2) Utilizing solid walls for sound insulation and optimizing equipment layout; (3) Enhancing equipment maintenance to ensure optimal operational performance.
4) Solid Waste Management Measures
Solid wastes generated by this project primarily include:
- Scrap neodymium iron boron (NIB) offcuts
- Waste adhesive bottles
- Waste grinding fluids
- Waste cutting fluids
- Waste quartz sand
- Waste liquids
- Waste activated carbon
- Waste zeolite
- Waste neutralizing agents
Among these, general solid waste (NIB offcuts) is collected, temporarily stored, and sold for comprehensive utilization.
Waste glue bottles, waste quartz sand, waste liquid, waste activated carbon, waste zeolite, and waste standardizing agents are collected in designated containers, stored temporarily under shelter, and then safely disposed of by Ningbo Beilun Environmental Protection Solid Waste Disposal Co., Ltd. Waste grinding fluid and waste cutting fluid are collected in designated containers, stored temporarily under shelter, and then safely disposed of by Ningbo Fuhai Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.
